    the RSI I mean; you run the sofware and do a questionniare and a series of orthopeadic tests. You can then take this to a doc, or use the programs rehab treatment plan it makes form you.

    Thank you for that. It seems I’ve had a lucky escape as it was muscle damage, rather than RSI/ but it’s been a good reminder to take more care in the future…
