When you are going for a job interview you will always run a search and the same thing happens at the other end.  I always think it is important to ensure that what they find is interesting and represents you in the way you would like.  Really like the blog and keep up the good work.</description>

Demonstrates just how important the URL is, even compared to links. But clearly content matters too - paulbradshaw.com is nowhere on those results as it hasn't been updated in years.</description>
