Simplisticly, the snapshot is itself a finished article - an end to the journey. It&#039;s moved out of the networked beta world and in so doing becomes part of the &#039;finalised&#039; world of production.
But there are static moments in any complex adaptive system (evolution). There are plateaus, periods of great stablilty, followed by outbursts of chaos. Perhaps your frozen moment is one of those plateaus?</description>
