		<description>Pretty good article Dan. Social media marketing does have huge advantages but like anything to with marketing you have to do a heck of a lot of work and be ahead of the changes all the time. It is only going to change as you have pointed out and this I believe is one of the challenges. Staying motivated when those goal posts change is a strain. </description>

		<description>Yes I do agree &quot;Be Dedicated and Stay Motivated.&quot; Even though there are really a easy way to market your business or site, it will not be a like a spoon feeding. Of course you need to work in a lot of things. But after working right, seeing the results of what you&#039;ve done will remove your tiredness. It&#039;s also need consistency.</description>
