		<description>I like to think of purpose as the Why of an organisation. We do the what (strategy) and the how (tactics) all the time. What we rarely push for is the Why. Why do we want to make a difference? why does what we do matter? As Mark puts it "Why" (are we getting out of bed in the morning).
