I love(d) Bill Hicks too so thanks for reminding me of this clip...should be compulsory viewing I reckon every 6 months to remind us how not to act.  I think the smart marketers are learning and changing though, don&#039;t you? 

If listening/learning is the new marketing then hopefully we&#039;ll see smart organisations making stuff their community wants rather than trying to flog them stuff because they&#039;ve got to shift it.  Going to take time for behaviour to change though...always does.</description>
